DaBaby recently brought out Tory Lanez during his set at the Rolling Loud Miami festival for a surprise performance of their new single ‘SKAT’ and it looks like Tory’s appearance might land the rapper into some serious trouble.

“I’ll give somebody out here a million dollars if they can guess who in here,” said Baby, while Lanez unveiled himself from his mascot outfit. Last month, Megan and Baby feuded on social media after he promoted Lanez’s “SKAT” record.

As exciting as the surprise performance was, it took place exactly after Megan Thee Stallion’s set who has an active restraining order against the rapper, prosecutors have now filed a motion to hold Lanez in contempt for violating the restraining order. The outcome could see Tory jailed till he is trialed for allegedly shooting Megan, hence the restraining order, or his bail increased according to Tmz.

The reports also claim that prosecutors believe Tory’s guest appearance during DaBaby’s controversial set at the Miami hip-hop festival last month violated the judge’s order because he got within 100 yards of her.

Tory’s attorney after the performance told Page Six that the rapper did not violate the terms of the order as he ensured that he would not cross paths with her.

“Though they both performed at the same music festival, Mr. Peterson went out of his way to ensure that he would not cross paths with Ms. Peete or otherwise violate the terms of the protective order”.

Back in 2020, Megan Thee Stallion accused the rapper of shooting her in the foot after the two partied together. “You shot me, and you got your publicist and your people to [talk to] these blogs, lying and s––,” she said in a video. “Stop lying!”

This comes after Tory Lanez successfully sold 1 million copies of his new album ‘When It’s Dark’ as an NFT in under a minute.
