Tekashi 6ix9ine is back to his trolling ways and it seems he is not planing on stopping anytime soon, on his return to social media with the comment “Coming to the rescue” on The Shade Rooms article on Los Angeles’ mayor offering rewards for people willing to tell on their neighbors for breaking the city’s stay-at-home order.
The rapper who got an early release from jail, instead of the August 2 release date due to coronavirus fears expected to spend the remainder of his sentence at home changed his Instagram bio to, ‘Why Everybody Callin Me a Snitch?,’ also changing his profile pic with a not-so-subtle play on him being considered a “rat.”
Ever since documents exposed 6ix9ine for working with the investigators in hopes of an early release which has been successfully, several entertainers especially rappers have slammed him for snitching against his former crew, the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods.
Rapper YG also said that his track “stop snitchin” which of released off his “4Real 4Real” album was also inspired by the incidence.
Just recently Fashion Nov sued the rapper for $2.25M after he failed to promote the brand as he was locked up almost immediately after signing the deal.
6ix9ine was charged with promoting the brand through his music and social media but could now keep to his end of the bargain having been paid $225,000 advance. Fashion Nova asserts 6ix9ine’s team hid the entire criminal prosecution, implying they were unaware of his unclean image.
