It seems Snoop Dogg has not gotten over the Tekashi 6ix9ine snitching incidence nor has his opinion on the matter changed with time.

It was announced that Tekashi 6ix9ine has hired Alex Spiro, a high profile defense attorney who also represents rapper Jay – Z and 21 Savage with the hope that he will help him fight his case and leads to his early release from prison. But as soon as the news reached Snoop Dogg, he did not hesitate to air his opinion. “Let that [rat] rot,” he wrote in response to an Instagram post from DJ Akademiks about 6ix9ine’s new attorney. “G code.”

Ever since documents exposed 6ix9ine for working with the investigators in hopes of an early release which seems to be working successfully, several entertainers especially rappers have slammed him for snitching against his former crew, the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods. Rapper YG also said that his track “stop snitchin” which of released off his “4Real 4Real” album was also inspired by the incidence.

Rapper Boosie also criticized Tekashi when the news broke out, writing, “WHEN YOU FIRST WENT TO JAIL I WAS LIKE FREE DUDE CAUSE I DONT LIKE TO SEE NO ONE N DAT CAGE LIKE DAT i BUT ONE THING I DONT CONDONE OR SUPPORT IS RATS.” Others to slam the rapper include his ex-manager Kifano “Shotti” Jordan who also wrote “This n***a, he broke every code and every rule out this motherfu**er,” he said during a phone call from prison. “He’s an ungrateful rat bastard, man. It’s just that simple. But I forgive the little ni**a after all that.”
