Justin bieber has faced criticism on social media for posting a guild which directs fans on his Instagram on how to game the system to boost the streams for ‘Yummy’.
One of the methods included using a VPN service for fans outside the US so that their streams could be counted towards his total. He had later deleted the post.
Chart data reports that Justin’s “Yummy” landed at No. 2. “The Box” brought in 68.2 million U.S. streams and 11,000 digital song sales in the week ending Jan. 9, while Bieber’s track garnered 29.3 million streams and 71,000 sales.
Justin bieber has since congratulated the Roddy on his first number on twitter.
