OGPD announces his new album ‘MPR’ will be dropping soon however, there is no set release date set as to when the project will be dropping. Although the album’s list of songs hasn’t yet been disclosed, knowing his “Stay true to yourself,” the album suggests being a vibey-style inspiration for the fans. “It would motivate all people to dance, feel good and go out and get it,” the artist said.

Born and raised in the Bronx, NY, OGPD has always been tuned with music and sound since a very young age. This should come as no surprise – his father was one of the most prolific and influential DJs in New York in the 90s.

The artist first got into music in 2010 as a sound engineer. Then, four years later, after moving to Atlanta, GA, he started his music career as a rapper. “I’ve been soaking up the game, I’ve been behinds the scenes, but now I’m doing my thing in front of the camera,” he said. A “Fly Caribbean New Yorker from the Bronx,” as he calls himself, the artist produces music that combines rap and vibey, Caribbean-influenced melodies.

OGPD has released two singles, and one album, ‘ 1050,’ dropped in January 2021. Music videos for three of his lead singles, “Dolce Gabbana,” “Whenever,” and “Flooded” from the album have gained excellent viewing on YouTube. The artist has currently been working with a 1050 team; however, he is open to collaboration projects.

Don’t miss OGPD’s new album available on YouTube, Apple Music, Spotify, and Tidalstarting on August 30.
