Kanye West’s wife Kim Kardashian West had earlier announced that Kanye would be releasing his highly anticipated album ‘Jesus Is King’ Sept. 27 but fans waited the whole day without the album hitting streaming services, causing a lot of reactions from fans on social media then she later updated fans by saying it’d come out two days later, Sept. 29, but still nothing came through and now all indications point to the fact that it may be a while before the project arrives.

According to a report 8o8wave published on Monday (Sept. 29), the reason is because ‘Ye is still working on the album adding final tweaks before it release. Now a source has confirmed on TMZ the reason the album has not arrived, “Every time he listens, there’s something he wants to change.” A source from Kanye’s camp revealed.

On Friday (Sept. 27), Kanye played the album for fans in Detroit, then he played the album for his hometown of Chicago the following day. On Sunday night (Sept. 29), he brought it to NYC. An attendee of the Detroit stop revealed details about the project, including the fact that the Clipse reunited on the final track, “Use This Gospel for Protection,” alongside jazz legend Kenny G.
