Justin Bieber has pledged support for the black community, these comes as all races in the United States have united to protest and demand for justice for the death of George Floyd who died at the hands of a Minneapolis police officer.
Justin has been actively participating in the ongoing protest, using his Instagram to share news, resources, and shining a light on issues regarding police brutality and racism.
On Saturday, the single pledged his support for the black community through an Instagram post also revealing that he has benefited a lot from black culture. Take a look below.
“I am inspired by black culture,” the Instagram post opened with. “I have benefited off of black culture. my style, how I sing, dance, perform, and my fashion have all been influenced and inspired by black culture.”
He went on to write, “I am committed to using my platform from this day forward to learn, to speak up about racial injustice and systemic oppression, and to identify ways to be a part of much needed change.”
