Fred the Godson Dead

South Bronx rapper Fred the Godson has died at age 35 from novel Coronavirus after weeks of hospitalization. He earlier revealed that he had tested positive for the virus.

“I’m in here with this Covid-19 shit! Please keep me in y’all prayers!!! #GodIsGreat,” he wrote in an Instagram post with a ventilator attached to his face.

“It was just like, he’s gone and he’s gonna die, that’s it,” she explained. “I don’t even know how I felt, I just felt like I was going to die.” His wife wrote at the time of his diagnosis.
