Fashion Nova Sues Tekashi 6ix9ine For $2.25M

Tekashi 6ix9ine has reportedly been sued by Fashion Nova for $2.25M, for failing to promote the brand after the rapper was incarcerated just two weeks after the deal was signed.
He was charged with promoting the brand through his music and social media but could now keep to his end of the bargain having been paid $225,000 advance. Fashion Nova asserts 6ix9ine’s team hid the entire criminal prosecution, implying they were unaware of his unclean image.
The lawsuit alleges that in addition to his inability to promote the fast-fashion company while behind bars, his criminal record also deems him an inappropriate brand ambassador for the company.
6ix9ine also promised to return the advance he was paid but failed to do so.
