People’s Choice Awards Date

E! has announced that its 2020 People’s Choice Awards Ceremony will be holding in Barker Hangar in Santa Monica on the previously scheduled Sunday, November 15 date.

These comes as movie studios and cinemals have temporary shut down due to the ongoing coronavirus crisis pending when a cure to the pandemics will be developed.

E! says this year’s telecast “will celebrate an unprecedented year in pop culture and bring together the entertainment community, its fans and honor the everyday heroes who’ve inspired us throughout the year.”

The television network is not the only major entertainment entity that believes business will resume this fall. Goldenvoice plans on holding Coachella this October. In addition, Disney plans on releasing Soul and Black Widow this fall.

Major last year’s award recipients were Jennifer Aniston, Gwen Stefani and P!NK and show featured musical performances by Kelsea Ballerini and Alessia Cara, among others.
