The numbers have started coming in and so far, things are looking good for DaBaby as his latest album “Kirk” is expected to open on top of the Billboard 200 chart.
According to HITS Daily Double, the project is estimated to generate 130,000 to 150,000 equivalent album units and 160 million to 180 million streams.
If the projection is accurate, the North Carolina rapper will knock Post Malone’s Hollywood Bleeding off the throne after three consecutive weeks, and KIRK will officially mark DaBaby’s first No. 1 album.
The 13-track album which features Nicki Minaj on a track titled “Iphone”, Kevin Gates on “Pop Star”, Moneybagg Yo, Stunna 4 Vegas, Lil Baby, Chance The Rapper, Gucci Mane and YK Osiris is the follow up to the North Carolina rappers previously released project ‘Baby on Baby’ which peaked at No. 7 on the Billboard 200.
