Asa Shares A Beautiful Tale Of Heartbreak And Self-Empowerment On New Album Lucid.

Asa is undeniably one of the greatest minds to ever grace the Nigerian music industry with her talent, she has being off the grid since her 2014 album titled ‘Bed of Stone’, today the singer, songwriter makes a return (11, Oct. 2019) with her new album titled “Lucid”.

The album was first made know to us (May 14) when she shared the first track from the album titled “The Beginning”, describing it as a rebirth, “Here is to you, “The Beginning” for me a reset a rebirth. I hope you would love it as much as I do. Thank you all for your love and patience”, she wrote on twitter And since then, fans have being patiently waiting for the Nigerian-French vocalist to make comeback and at last, she gifts us with Lucid.

Apart from Lucid, Asa also has plans to make up to her fans for the long five-year hiatus which she left us without music as she has announced back in May that she will be going on tour early next year and we just can’t wait for 2020.

“My next album is ready and I am excited. I think you’d like it because I enjoyed it. I love the songs in them and I am very excited to introduce it to people. So, early next year. There is going to be a tour definitely, Nigeria.”

“#LUCID is now yours. For being with me from the beginning, thank you from my soul. I hope you will enjoy listening to #Lucid as much I did writing it. Love Asa.” She wrote on twitter.

She presents us with a tale of heartbreak and self-empowerment on the powerful emotions filled 14-tracks album. Listen to Lucid below and let us know what you think about the project and Asa making her way back to our playlist and radios.
