Ever since documents exposed 6ix9ine for working with the investigators in hopes of an early release which seems to be working successfully, several entertainers especially rappers have slammed him for snitching against his former crew, the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods. Rapper YG also said that his track “stop snitchin” which of released off his “4Real 4Real” album was also inspired by the incidence.
Multi-award singer was recently on Instagram live DJ Whoo Kid, the two got into a conversation and controversial Tekashi 6ix9ine surfaced, Akon surprisingly defended the rapper for snitching.
Akon pointed out that Tekashi shouldn’t have been put in the position to have to snitch and said that someone uninitiated like 6ix9ine is only thinking about survival under those circumstances.
having that same foundation as those who grew up in the streets made him more susceptible to folding, but according to Akon, that’s something that should have been peeped by those from Nine Trey.
