Tekashi 6ix9ine’s recently released project TattleTales was earlier projected to move around 150,000 equivalent album sales giving it a clear shot to debut at number one on the Billboard 200 chart ahead of Big Sean’s Detroit 2 album.

On Monday (Sept. 7), HitsDailyDouble published a new article which says the album is only on pace to move around 40,000-50,000 EAU. It is still not certain what caused the predicted values to decrease massively but there are speculations that many of the album bundles have been deemed ineligible.

Things have not being going really well for 6ix9ine since his release from jail after court documents exposed him for snitching against his former gang.

Back in May, the rapper called out Ariana Grande and her team, accusing them of purchasing thousands of unit of her song with Justin Bieber titled “Stuck With U” to grantee her number one spot. Check out that story here.

6ix9ine also called out Apple music and Spotify for not displaying his new album on the new music page, saying they are only adding salt to his injury.

“I woke up in a bad mood, Ima keep it all the way a buck,” he started. “I’m supposed to be in a good mood, but I’m in a bad mood. Album just dropped, yesterday. I’m looking at all these [streaming services]…they completely shutting us out like we didn’t drop an album.”

Tekashi added, “All I’m saying is, y’all already took radio away from us. If y’all gon’ cheap us, just give us a fair fight.”

If the new projected numbers stick then Big Sean’s ‘Detrot 2’ will go ahead to debut at number one on the billboard 200 chart.
